Shipping
We ship via USPS
- US - Calculated based on weight, all orders over $75 will ship free
- International - Flat rate $15
- US orders arrive approximately within 5-8 business days.
- International orders arrive approximately within 15-20 business days.
- All orders will come with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to track packages and work with USPS if issues occur.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed, just an estimate.
- Butterfly Kiss Cosmetics LLC ships same day M-F if orders are placed and processed before 2pm PST. (excluding holidays and weekends)
*Please note for international orders we cannot guarantee whether or not you will be charged any custom taxes or duties.
Any customs or duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Butterfly Kiss Cosmetics LLC is not liable for any misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses entered by the buyer. No refunds or replacement packages will be sent out. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure their shipping address is correct.
Butterfly Kiss Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
In the event a shipment is returned to us due to a non-deliverable address or it is "returned to sender" as a result of buyer non-pickup, a fee will be charged to reship any packages.
