Project Crystal 2.0 - Week 2

Two weeks in, and I’m already seeing and feeling the difference! I’m officially down 6 pounds, but this journey is about so much more than the number on the scale. I’m feeling stronger, more focused, and more confident with each passing day.

One of the biggest shifts for me has been starting my mornings with the motto: Look Good, Feel Good. It’s a simple reminder that when I take pride in my appearance, it impacts how I feel and carry myself throughout the day. I’ve been making it a point to get ready daily—no more staying in lounge clothes all day. It’s amazing how this small act has boosted my mood and energy.

And the compliments—wow. Both on social media or from people in the store, the positive feedback has been overwhelming in the best way. It’s incredible to feel that my hard work and commitment are not only making me feel better but are noticeable to others, too. To everyone who’s reached out with kind words: thank you! Your encouragement keeps me going.

This weekend, I’m heading to Miami for a mastermind event—a little business mixed with a much-needed mini vacation. It’s the perfect opportunity to take a step back, recharge, and focus on my goals for 2025. Big things are coming, and I’m so excited to start turning those dreams into reality.

On the business side, we just wrapped up an amazing Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. It was a whirlwind of packaging orders and sending out hundreds of dollars worth of free gifts to thank our incredible customers. If you placed an order or supported us in any way—thank you so much! As I head into Week 3, I’m feeling more motivated than ever. This journey isn’t just about weight loss; it’s about becoming the best version of myself—mentally, physically, and professionally. Each day brings new challenges, but also new opportunities to grow and thrive.
